I worked at the Penn State New Kensington computer center various semesters while I was not at University Park. I engaged with students and faculty to assist with any technical issues and performed various IT related tasks related to the computing equipment.
- Provided technical support to students, staff, and faculty in areas of windows OS and networking.
- Documented and ensured resolution of technical problems using footprints ticketing system.
- Performed installation and setup of Windows servers and end user machines.
