The Mitsubishi UPS division supplies energy efficient uninterruptible power supplies for critical power applications.
As an applications engineer, I provided expert pre-sale advice and support on the UPS and peripheral equipment to customers. I worked together with outside sales, technical support, and engineering to provide solutions that met customer requirements.
Additionally:
– Provided proposals, technical information and submittals to outside sales team and customers.
– Supported sales channels and end customers by applying detailed understanding of UPS.
– Interfaced with vendors to obtain costs and ensured compliance to Mitsubishi specifications and design.
